     LUCRATE MILK was steeped in nihilism & carelessness, and enjoys playing with the absurd, the cult of provocation & frenzied derision, morbid fascination, deviance & abnormality. Add a healthy dose of chaos, frenetic energy & madness to produce a bizarre sound… The band disbanded in February 1984. Paradoxically, it was after the band’s breakup that its reputation grew, notably thanks to some of its former members joining Bérurier Noir. In 37 concerts, from gloomy venues (with general fighting) to autonomous squats, from trendy bars & clubs to festivals, an urban legend was created around Lucrate Milk, becoming a reference without having really met with popular success during his lifetime…

Originally released in 1987, bringing together the EP “Lustiges Tierquartett” (October 1981) + the EP “Nepla Relou” (May 1983) + the “Lucrate” side of the split LP with MKB Fraction Provisoire and recorded at WW (July 1983). Also out of print for too long…
